Habitantes de calle: entre el mito y la exclusión / Homeless people: between myth and exclusion

Al hablar del habitante de calle, resulta importante mencionar que es un fenómeno que ha tenido presencia milenaria, y que ha estado siempre permeado por las lógicas sociales de gobernanza, religión, cultura y economía. Han sido tan diversas las representaciones que se han tenido de esta población, que hoy inclusive sobreviven algunas de esas ideas que han hecho difícil su abordaje y comprensión. El objetivo de este texto es dar a conocer las reflexiones que han surgido de un ejercicio inicial de formación investigativa, en cuanto al fenómeno habitante de calle en Medellín. Para esta acción se revisaron algunos artículos sobre esta población, y se realizó una pequeña pasantía por el sistema de Atención al Habitante de Calle de Medellín, de donde surgieron algunas ideas referentes al concepto, historia y estrategias de intervención que se han implementado desde las diferentes administraciones para intentar dar solución a dicho fenómeno.

It is important to mention that homeless people is a phenomenon that has had a millennial presence, and that has always been permeated by the social logics of governance, religion, culture and economy. There had been so diverse representations about this population, that even today survive some of those ideas that have made it difficult to approach and understand them. The main objective of this text is to make known the reflections that have arisen from an initial exercise of investigative training, regarding that phenomenon of the homeless people in Medellin. Some articles on this specific population were reviewed, and a small internship was carried out by the Medellin homeless people Care System, emerging some ideas about the concept, history and intervention strategies that have been implemented since the different Governmental Administrations to try to solve this phenomenon.

Este texto nace del compromiso de un grupo de estudio que se gesta a la luz del gusto, la pasión, la calidad y los procesos de humanización, en una de tantas posibilidades para acompañar al otro. Se reflexiona a partir de las bases epistemológicas de la psicología dinámica, que permiten pensar nuevas construcciones y acciones concretas para el bienestar del ser humano. El primer apartado tiene como objetivo un acercamiento histórico y cronológico del término "dinámica", abordado desde la psicología y el psicoanálisis. En segunda instancia, se hace referencia a las múltiples miradas del ser humano, nombrando algunos autores que facilitan la comprensión de la subjetividad desde lo relacional, representacional y evolutivo. Finalmente, se exponen algunos aprendizajes y compromisos, generados a partir de la investigación realizada, buscando innovar a través de acciones prácticas con y para el hombre.

This text is born from the commitment of a study group that is gestated in the light of taste, passion, quality and humanization processes, in one of many possibilities to accompany the other. It is reflected from the epistemological bases of dynamic psychology, which allow us to think about new constructions and concrete actions for the well-being of the human being. The first section aims at a historical and chronological approach to the term "dynamic", addressed from psychology and psychoanalysis. In the second instance, reference is made to the multiple views of the human being, naming some authors that facilitate the understanding of subjectivity from the relational, representational and evolutionary. Finally, some learning and commitments are exposed, generated from the research carried out, seeking to innovate through practical actions with and for man.

Elaboración del duelo a través del arte: un acercamiento metodológico y conceptual / Elaboration of grief through art: a methodological and conceptual approach

Al reflexionar sobre la muerte, y ésta en relación con la vida, muchas ideas pueden surgir. Inclusive los antepasados nos enseñan que el pensar de vez en cuando en la muerte, tiene sus ventajas; si bien no nos evita el miedo y el dolor, sí que nos posibilita, por un lado, valorar mucho más la vida, y por el otro, hacer frente a algo inevitable que a todos nos toca. La premisa de asistir a la propia muerte, que nos trae el premio nobel de literatura, supone el hecho ineludible de la muerte antes de la muerte. Es la vida entendida como fiesta. Es un momento, donde la muerte y la vida se superponen, se entremezclan. Tal vez es allí en medio de las prácticas -en razón de la muerte-, nos recuerden la cesación de fiesta, la no existencia prospectiva.

When reflecting on death, and death in relation to life, many ideas can emerge. Even the ancestors teach us that thinking about death from time to time has its advantages; Although it does not prevent us from fear and pain, it does enable us, on the one hand, to value life much more, and on the other, to face something inevitable that touches us all. The premise of attending one's own death, which brings us the Nobel Prize for literature, supposes the inescapable fact of death before death. It is life understood as a party. It is a moment where death and life overlap, intermingle. Perhaps it is there in the middle of the practices - because of death - they remind us of the cessation of the party, the prospective non-existence.
